Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida has accused its former food bank executive director of “intentionally disrupting” operations in a myriad of ways over his two-year tenure and spreading false claims of mismanagement after he left. In a lawsuit filed Thursday, the nonprofit also claims that Bruce Ganger supplied confidential donor and financial information to the Feeding America national food bank network while he ran what was then called Second Harvest North Florida and continued to do so when the network hired him to run a newly established, competing food bank.
